What it is
Family care notes arrive as scattered records. MyDears keeps the original source visible and shows review states around AI suggestions before they become facts. Synthetic prototype; no real health data or compliance claims.
Decisions
- Keep original records immutable and visible beside proposed AI fields.
- Show where an authorized human would confirm, edit, or discard each suggestion; those mutations are not connected in the demo.
- Use visual states that distinguish original, proposed, confirmed, and warning conditions.
What I cut
Skipped auto-confirming AI fields; every suggestion stays labeled until a human reviews it.
What I did
Implemented provenance and review-state UI in one searchable workflow; confirm, edit, and discard mutations are not connected.
One decision
The difficult choice was whether AI suggestions could become facts automatically. I chose human review with the original record visible beside each suggestion, and implemented original, proposed, confirmed, and warning states. Confirm, edit, and discard mutations remain unconnected in the demo.

Honest boundary
A synthetic prototype: it does not represent healthcare adoption, real user data, compliance, or a production backend. Confirm, edit, and discard mutations are not connected.
